Is renters insurance required?

Renters’ liability insurance is required. Resident agrees to obtain insurance protecting the Premises from loss or damage caused by Resident/Guest or Resident’s/Guest’s negligence and understands that any insurance that Owner maintains is not for the benefit of Resident. A minimum of $100,000 dollars of liability coverage needs to be obtained. Residents are required to provide proof of current renters insurance policy within 30 days of occupancy, and again at lease renewal.

How do I pay my rent?

We offer convenient online payment options through our resident portal. Simply log in, select the payment method, and follow the instructions to submit your rent securely.

What happens if I need maintenance or repairs in my rental unit?

We have a dedicated maintenance team to address any issues that may arise during your tenancy. Please submit a maintenance request through our resident portal or contact our office, and we’ll promptly attend to the matter.

Can I have pets in my rental unit?

We understand that pets are part of the family! Please check our pet policy to see if we allow pets in our rental properties. Some restrictions or additional fees may apply.

How long is the lease term?

A standard lease is for a period of one year. This may be amended by the property manager subject to owner approval. Longer terms may be available as well.

What is the process for renewing my lease?

We will provide you with a lease renewal offer prior to the expiration of your current lease. You can review the terms and respond accordingly. If you have any questions or need assistance, our leasing team is here to help.

What happens if I need to move out before the lease term ends?
